Mock Wendy's Frosty: 80 calories, 0.5 g fat. Blend:1 CUP Nonfat (skim) milk, 2 TBSP Sugar & Fat Free Chocolate Pudding Mix, 1 TSP Vanilla Extract, 1 TSP Unsweetened Cocoa, 1/2 TBSP Splenda (2-3 small packets), 2 TBL Cool-Whip Free (optional), 7 Ice Cubes

Crockpot Lemon Chicken - Put 1 Stick of butter in bottom of crock pot. Lay chicken in pot. Sprinkle Italian dressing packet over chicken, drizzle with lemon juice, pop the lid on. Cook on High 4-5 hours, or Low 6-8 hours.
