Cut 1 large Zucchini, 2 Squash, 6 Red Potatoes, & 1 Yellow Onion Place in glass pan for baking Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil Eye ball garlic & herb seasoning Eye ball seasoned salt Bake on 350 for 45 minutes or until tops are golden brown & VIOLA!! You have yourself one healthy, and super delicious side dish!
