Chai-Spiced Meringues - less than 5 calories each! -Ingredients: 2 egg whites, room temperature, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon fresh lemon juice or cream of tartar, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom, 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves, 1/8 teaspoon, round ginger, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, Dash black pepper. I think Justin would like these :)

Ranch House Crock Pot Pork Chops with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes - Real Mom Kitchen~T~ I used Amys cream of mushroom soup. This was good with the roasted garlic and parmesan cheese in the potatoes and the chops were tender. The gravy was tasty.
