Blueberry Frozen Yogurt 2 cups 0% Greek Yogurt Cup frozen blueberries thawed (if in season use fresh) 1/4 cup sugar or Honey Juice of 1/2 a lemon Directions: Blend the blueberries, honey/sugar and lemon juice in a blender/food processor, then in a bowl mix the puree and the yogurt together and pour into your ice cream maker. Enjoy after a hard workout or as a snack . . . Look forward to looser clothes.
