Bouillabaisse Recipe- fantastic! I used lobster, clams, mussels, bay scallops, grouper and shrimp. And added celery, carrots and corn cobs. Other than that I followed the recipe. I made the stock from the lobster and shrimp shells. I toasted some French bread on the bias, and didn't bother with the rouille. Do not skip the saffron! Absolutely delicious! (Recipe makes A LOT, easily 8 people)
